Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and exceptional communication skills with prescribed business etiquette at both personal and electronic levels in a multi-cultural, multi-level environment
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, analyze, and prioritize projects
Awareness of the need for accuracy and consistency in data entry and administrative work
Experience in database entry and management, practical experience with meeting registration functions at the corporate, association or hotel (conference services level) a significant advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
Registration and Housing
Enter faxed and mailed registrations and housing into Events system
Make changes and updates to attendee records as requested
Point of contact for member questions regarding registration and housing
Additional Meetings
Enter faxed and mailed Additional Meeting forms into Events system
Send confirmations and schedule assignments to contacts
Coordinate scheduling and import into data base
Exhibits and Advertising
Enter faxed and mailed Exhibitor and Advertising Contracts
Send reminders when payment is due
Assist with Exhibitor registrations and housing
Collect advertisements
Administrative
Copying, mailings, faxes, and filing
Assist with requested monthly and weekly reports
Carry out details regarding all international attendees (Visa letters)
Assist other team members as required

Description: The Customer Service Representative oversees membership and journal subscription services and has the responsibility to serve our current members and subscribers and to develop initiatives to increase their number. This position also carries general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel) (strong math skills)
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy
Highly organized with an ability to multi-task, analyze, and prioritize
Database entry with attention to accuracy (type 40-50 wpm)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Membership/Journal Subscriptions and related inquires
Respond to email/snail mail
Process orders received by fax/mail
Send renewal reminders
Track and process claims for JBL/RBL subscriptions
Monitor membership and subscription numbers and revenue on a monthly basis
Develop and carry out initiatives to retain and bring in new members and subscribers
Monitor and update membership and subscription data on Intranet and website
Monthly reconciliation of orders
Administration
Answer phone for main line and direct calls as needed
Check deposits
Process requests to pull data from membership/subscription database
Group Mail – monitor calendar of communications; proof text; send group emails
Content Management – make basic updates to the test server of the website
