St.Catherine’s Preschool serves children one to four years of age. Our purpose is to provide a loving Christian atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development of the child as a whole. One year olds are nurtured in a loving environment while our two, three and four year olds enjoy a planned academic program. All children are welcome, within the age guidelines, regardless of race, national origin, or religious preference.

Saint Catherine’s Preschool is a mission of our parish, which reaches out to our community and offers quality preschool/child development. The Preschool Board of Directors operates the Preschool and is accountable to the Vestry of this church.

The Vestry of St. Catherine’s is working to improve How We Invite/Involve, How We Communicate, and How We Work Together. We need your input to help guide us. We have created questions which can be answered on-line using the following link:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=o54eevLfJpwQ_2bWZKJCW9Ag_3d_3d
We hope to get input from everyone ages 12 to 100.  Paper copies of the survey are also available in the church office.  Please take a few minutes now to complete your answers, and remind all those in your family that they should also complete the survey.

Interested in joining St. Catherine’s?

To inquire is to seek to learn by asking. Many ask, "How do I become of member of St. Catherine’s?” Well, the journey begins with the Inquirer’s Class. Christianity is a way of living with God and with one another and a way of looking at things. Over a series of eight sessions together we will seek, learn, and ask in order to discover how we, as Episcopalians, live with God and one another and how we look at things.

The classes began, April 27 and will continue through June 8 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday afternoons (no class on Mother’s Day, May 11). The classes will be taught by clergy and lay members of the church and will touch on topics such as the “Book of Common Prayer,” “Church History, ” “What are they doing now? ”, and “Everything you wanted to know about the Episcopal Church.” The classes will end with an opportunity to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church at the Cathedral of St. Philip on June 15, 2008 at 4:00 pm.
All you need to do is let us know if you are interested by calling the office (770.971.2839)
