Today was somewhat of quiet day as our days have gone in Whiterocks. We
started a little later and enjoyed kitchen fellowship as breakfast was
prepared.
As the day progressed we painted window frames, folded bulletins for the wedding, shopped for miscellaneous supplies, put the teepee up again, ventured to Whiterocks Canyon and cooked for the rehearsal dinner for Judy and Bruce Pargeets who will be married tomorrow. Whiterocks Canyon us a beautiful piece of God's creation very different from the surrounding areas of this part of the state. Some of us relaxed by the mountain stream as we reflected on the week and our learnings. We enjoyed taking along Jim Sue Duffield's Golden Retrievers (Brazen [white muzzle] and Bubbles). |

| Returning to the church it was time to set up for the wedding rehearsal and like many outdoor weddings the weather did not cooperate at first but cleared quickly. We cooked for well over 50 people for the dinner and served everyone without a hitch. | ||

| At the end of the meal, the good people of St. Elizabeth's presented us with gifts in their traditional give-away. The beautiful gifts were a grace to each of us, but their kind words even more of a blessing. We have each graced one another this week and the blessings have deepened our relationship. It is our prayer that each and every person at St. Catherine's could experience the grace and beauty of this place and vice versa for the people of St. Elizabeth's. | ||

Tomorrow is Bruce and Judy's wedding at 1:00 PM. Please pray for them as they
enter into this wonderful covenant of marriage. We will leave St. Elizabeth's
tomorrow afternoon, travel to Roosevelt for dinner and the evening and then on
to Atlanta on Sunday morning.
God has truly been with us this week not just in the Whiterocks community but through you and each person who has traveled here. Pray for us as we are praying for you especially those who are sick this night in our community. We will make every attempt to send wedding pictures tomorrow night. |
