| The long awaited day dawned with a steel blue sky as preparations for Bruce and Judy's wedding hit top speed. Our team was treated to a breakfast at the Vicarage prepared by Jim and Sue Duffield. We spent the rest of the morning helping where we could and staying out of the way where we couldn't. | ||

| The wedding ceremony started pretty close to on time (1:00 PM) when the crucifer made his way down the aisle to the beat of the drums at 1:40 PM. The bride was radiant and sun was bright. It was fun to see the blend of cultures but the blend was most evident when we arrived at the blessing. After Rev. Sue gave her blessing the bride's uncle gave a traditional native American blessing using the mighty eagle's feather to symbolize the soaring of the eagle. | ||

| The reception started immediately following the ceremony and what seemed like mountains of food were soon disappearing. | ||
|
||
| After the cutting of the cake, it was time for our goodbyes. Tearful as they were we will remember this day and the days preceding it as they have shaped this trip. | ||

| Tomorrow it's an early departure from the Best Western in Roosevelt, UT and on to Salt Lake City and a return trip home. The week has been a delight and we've been blessed in so many ways. We thank each and every one of you for your prayers and support not just during these last 8 days, but over the months leading up to this trip. | ||
